Sudsverse® Return & Refund Policy

At Sudsverse®, every bar, butter, and bottle is crafted with intention. We hope each piece becomes part of your daily ritual. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll guide you through the return process with clarity and care.


🌿 Requesting a Return

To begin a return, email us at email within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be approved before they are sent back.
Unapproved returns (items mailed without contacting us first) cannot be accepted — they tend to wander in without context, and we want to make sure every item is handled properly.


🌿 Eligibility

For a return to be accepted, items must be:

  • unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • in original packaging
  • free from residue, wear, or damage
  • returned within 14 days of approval

Because of the intimate, handcrafted nature of our products, the following are final sale:

  • custom or personalized creations
  • limited‑edition or seasonal drops
  • sale or discounted items
  • digital gift cards

🌿 Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
You may use any carrier you trust. We recommend choosing a service with tracking.  Once a package leaves your hands, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


🌿 Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
This fee covers the careful inspection, handling, and product integrity checks required for artisan goods.


🌿 Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus:

  • the restocking fee, and
  • original shipping costs (non‑refundable)

Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund on their end.


🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not quite as expected, email us within 48 hours at email with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll make it right.
Replacements for damaged or incorrect items are not subject to restocking fees.


🌿 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


🌿 Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
